My fitness journey begun when I was 8. Ever since I was a kid, I always liked to compete and push myself to become a better competitor. For that reason, I started competitive swimming at the age of 16.
When I moved to U.S I was looking for a sport that would give me a great workout and also allow myself to progress and eventually compete. The first time I stepped in a CrossFit box and did my first workout I was hooked. I love how strong of a community CrossFit can be, and I love the fact I am part of that.
In 2017 I decided to do my CrossFit Level 1 certificate and my Personal Training Certification. The main reason that I became certified is to help people to feel and move better. What motivates me is to see another people achieving their goals and is very rewarding to be a coach. Nowadays with our sedentary lives we develop a lot of imbalances, my goal as a coach is to help people to overcome these imbalances and to promote fitness in our lives.
