Strength – Every 90 seconds x 9 sets: 5,5,3,3,3,1,1,1,1 – Hi hang power snatch *Rep count is as written for each 90 second interval. The reps wave from 5 to 3’s and finish with singles. Weight should increase as reps drop but this is a submax effort throughout.
