1:00 seated straddle stretch – Right

1:00 seated straddle stretch – Left

Rest 1:00 x 2 sets. The second set you should try to achieve slightly more end range in those positions than the first set. Don’t be overly pushy!

 

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

8 Sets – 1:20 on / :40 off

Assault bike or rower if a bike isn’t available

Score is total number of calories completed after all 8 sets! Your goal is to maintain a consistent pace that isn’t comfy.
