CrossFit Total – Benchmark workout 

For total Load lifted:

1 Rep max back squat

1 Rep max shoulder press

1 Rep max deadlift

Athletes have 12 minutes to complete the squat, 10 minutes for the shoulder press and 12 for the deadlift. Lift as heavy as possible, relative to you and record the highest weight lifted for all three lifts.
