1:00 GHD Hold *Sit up position

Max kettlebell side bends * switch sides after 30 seconds

Rest 1:30 after each set 

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

3 x 5:00 rounds for reps

200m Farmers carry – 53/35lbs

Then AMRAP

5 Push ups + 10 squats with the weight

Rest 2 minutes after each round

*Single kettlebell / dumbbell for the carries and squats
