Strength 

Teams of 2 – each athlete should accumulate a 3:00 superman hold off the GHD * Every time you break from the superman hold perform 10 slam balls – 40/20lbs

 

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

Teams of 2 – 3 rounds for time *25 minute cap

Partner 1 :  50m Walking lunge in AFSAP

Partner 2 : 1 burpee per lunge step taken from partner 1

Partner 2 : 50m Walking lunge in AFSAP

Partner 1 : 1 burpee per lunge step taken from partner 2

AFSAP – As Few Steps As Possible 

*One athlete working and one resting throughout the three rounds. Example – If partner 1 takes 50 lunge steps to complete the 50 meters….. Partner 2 will be performing 50 burpees.
