Strength – 10 minutes 

Build to a heavy front squat! Start with light weight and build to a personal record or something challenging for the day.

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

EMOM x 14

1.) 4 Tall box jumps

2.) 15 Heavy Wall balls – 30/20lbs

 

 

Post workout 

Every 3 minutes x 5 sets:

10 kettlebell side bends – each side + 1:00 double kettlebell front rack hold

*Heavy as possible
