1.) 5 Back squats Rx 225/155  Lv.2 185/115

2.) 100ft Sled push *Increase weight each round!

*Alternate every 90 seconds. Round 1 is squats and round 2 is sled pushes!! 1 round = 1+2.

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

Every minute on the minute, for 20 minutes.

1.) 12-15 Burpees

2.) 10 Box jumps – 24/20″

3.) 10 Toe to bar

4.) 20 Russian kettlebell swings – 70/53lbs
