Group Warm up 

Group Mobility – 15 minutes: Coach will be leading you through this. 

 

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

30 minute kettlebell ruck for total distance. Every 60 seconds you will stop and perform 5 American kettlebell swings: Rx 53/35lbs.

*Walking with the kettlebell or a light jog is acceptable.
