Back squats – 6×2 Start @65% and build throughout the sets! Every three minutes, for 18 minutes.

 

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

Alternating EMOM x 20 minutes

1.) Run 100m

2.) 10 Reverse lunge steps – Dumbbells Rx 50/35lbs Lv.2 35/20lbs

3.) Wall sit – Back flat against the wall! Legs at 90 degrees.

4.) Rest
