Dumbbell overhead walking lunge – 50/35lbs Lv.2 35/20lbs
Round 1 – Partner 1 must do all the dumbbell snatch. Partner 2 must do all the rowing. Partner 1 & 2 can break up the lunges however they like.
Round 2 – Partner 1 must do all the rowing. Partner 2 must do all the dumbbell snatch and 1 & 2 can break up the lunges however they like.
Round 3 – Partners may split the reps however they see fit.
