15 minutes to practice kipping pull ups! Progressions will be lead by the coach.

*If you have kipping pull ups in large sets – Complete 3×5-8 strict weighted chin ups – rest 90 seconds between sets.

 

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

3 rounds for time:

40 Double unders

30 Wall ball shots  Rx 20/14lbs

20 Bench press  Rx 135/95lbs  Lv.2 95/65lbs

10 Strict handstand push ups
