Strength 

Every 2 minutes x 6 sets of: Three position power clean.

High Hang + Mid thigh + Hang above the knee. Focus on hitting the proper positions instead of pushing weight. 


WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

Every minute on the minute, for 21 minutes. 

1.) 50 Double unders 

2.) 8 Shuttle runs 

3.) 10 Toe to bar 

*All workouts can be scaled on an individual basis.
