Front squat – 3×4. Rest 2 minutes between sets – build each set.


"Fate Capacity test" 

1.) 150ft sled push – 75ft down / 75ft back. RX (165/125lbs) 

2.) 4 Power cleans + 3 Front squat. RX+ 165/115lbs RX 135/95lbs Lv.2 95/65lbs 

3.) 8 Burpee box jumps. RX (24/20") 

RX – 30 minutes 

Lv.2 – 20 minutes 

Lv.3 – 10 minutes 

*The goal of this test is to achieve the thirty minute EMOM status.
