2.) 4 Power cleans + 3 Front squat. RX+ 165/115lbs RX 135/95lbs Lv.2 95/65lbs
3.) 8 Burpee box jumps. RX (24/20")
RX – 30 minutes
Lv.2 – 20 minutes
Lv.3 – 10 minutes
