10 x 2 Split jerk @ 60% – rest 60 seconds between doubles. Weight should be light and footwork should be snappy!

3 Rounds for reps: 

3 minute AMRAP

with the remaining time perform as many handstand pushups as possible! 

* Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
