1.) Pendlay row 5×3 – rest 1/1:30 between sets. 

2.) Bench press 5×3 – rest 1/1:30 between sets. 

*Superset both exercises together. 


WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

Every minute on the minute, for 15 minutes. 

2 Power cleans + 4 burpees over the bar. 

*Increase load each round! Score is last successful lifts in pounds.
