5 Rounds of: 

2 minutes bike – moderate pace. 

2 minutes bike – easy pedal.

5 Rounds of: 

1 minute shuttle run – moderate pace. 

1 minute walk – easy pace. 

*Ten rounds total, there is no rest between efforts. Try to work at a conversational pace for todays workout!
