Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes – 8 sets. 1 push press + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk. Add weight if possible for each set.

10 Shoulder to overhead 

15 Pull ups 

30 Double unders 

*with the time remaining complete as many lateral burpees over the bar as possible.
