Deadlift – 5/5/3/3/1/1 – rest 2:00 between sets. Use the earlier sets to warm up for a heavy single for today!

3 rounds for time: 

200m shuttle run x 10 trips 

15 Deadlifts (155/105lb) RX+ (225/135lb) 

21 burpees


EXTRA: 10 minutes of general mobility.
