WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

"ALL STAR" 

For time: 

10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 ( Dumbbell snatch – alternate arms every rep ). 

1000m – 800m – 600m – 400m – 200m ( Run ). 

10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 ( Ring muscle ups ). 

*Double the reps if you can't do muscle ups and perform ring dips. 

*30 minute time cap. 

EXAMPLE: Perform 10 dumbbell snatches + 1000m run + 10 muscle ups. Then 8 + 800m and 8 muscle ups… follow this pattern until you complete all reps.
