"Major key" 

Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes: 

50ft sled push (255/185lb) 

7/5 Handstand push up 

5 Atlas stone clean RX – (95/65lb) RX+ (145/95lb) 

-REST 5 MINUTES- 

10 Rounds for time: 

150m + 7 burpees over the rower. 

*Score is total time to complete the ten rounds.
