100 Double unders / 200 singles 

150 Wall ball shots (20/14lb) 

*With the remaining time complete as many rounds as possible of: 

10 Sit ups 

10 Push press (95/65lb) RX+ (115/80lb) 

10 Russian kettle bell swings (53/35lb)
