Teams of 2 complete the following:

5 Burpees 

10 Wall ball shots (30/20lb) 

30 Double unders / 50 singles

15 Pull ups 

10 Ring dips 

*Partner who is not working! Holds a static pinch grip with (35/25lb) in each hand.
