Strength 

6×3 Deadlifts – 2:00 rest between triples. Work to heavy but perfect set of three for the day. 


WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

"Early bird" 

12 minute ascending ladder of: 

2 Box jump (24/20") 

2 Deadlifts (185/135lb) 

4 Box jump 

4 Deadlifts (185/135lb) 

6 & 6… etc until the 12 minutes is finished. 

*All workouts can be scaled on an individual basis.
