Strength 

Teams of 2 or 3 – Sled Drag ( Walking heel to toe ) 1 mile for groups of 2, 1.5 miles for groups of 3. 


WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

"Pack Mule" 

10 – 1 Burpee box jump over (24/20") 

1 – 10 Slam ball (40/20lb) 

*After each round farmers carry 200ft (53/35lb) 

**All workouts can be scaled on an individual basis.
