15 minutes to establish a heavy squat clean for the day – rest as needed between attempts.

"Repost"

( 10 minute time cap )

50 Double unders / 70 singles 

50ft dumbbell front rack walking lunges (55/35lb)

15 Ring dips 

*All workouts can be scaled on an individual basis. 


EXTRA: 3 x 20 Banded KB bench press * Use a PVC pipe.
