"Toasty" 

Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes – 5 rounds. 

500m row + 1 round of Cindy ( 5 pull ups + 10 push ups + 15 Air squats ) 

*EXTRA 10 minutes smashing your quads  – 5 minutes each.
