WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

"Tabata remix" 

Tabata – 4 minutes total, twenty seconds on 10 off. Stay for all eight rounds at each movement before switching! no rest in between movements. 

1.) Power Cleans (95/65lb) 

2.) Sit ups 

3.) Bike – Calories 

4.) Front squat (95/65lb)
