100 Deadlifts (225/155lb)

100 Pull ups 

100 Bar facing burpees 

– REST 8:00 minutes – 

100 American KB Swings (70/53lb)

100 T2B 

100 Wall Ball shots (30/20lb) 

EXTRA : 15 minutes to find a 3 rep max back squat
