In teams of 2, both athletes can be working for the first two workouts, however they must be working on opposite movements. 

7 minute AMRAP 

1 rope climb 

10 push ups

5 power snatch (95/65lb)

8 burpees 

Rest 2:00 

5 minute AMRAP 

Dumbbell lunges ( alternate legs every rep ) 55/35lb 

*Alternate athletes every 10 reps.
