Group Warm up
15 minutes to find a heavy back squat for the day, then take three attempts for max unbroken back squat reps @ 225/135. Rest as needed between attempts but no longer than 4 minutes. If you can't do 225 or 135 use 55% of todays max for your sets.
*Take all attempts from a rack, set is done when you rack or pause longer than 5 seconds between reps.

50 DB Man makers for time – every time you break complete 2 shuttles runs. 1 shuttle run is down and back.
*1 rep = 1 Push up + 1 Row Right + 1 Row Left + 1 Power clean + 1 Thruster.
*RX (55/35lb) All workouts can be scaled on an individual basis.
