Teams of two

Row for calories ( partners switch every 25 calories ) 

Rest 1 minutes, then:

Alternate as needed, one works while one is resting. 

14 minute AMRAP 

30 Slam balls (40/20lb) 

30 Burpee box jump (24/20")
