10/7/5/3 – Unbroken reps, power snatch. Pick a weight that you can easily cycle through unbroken, rest 60 seconds between sets. 

-Then- 

5/3/1 – Unbroken reps, power snatch. Pick a challenging weight to cycle through unbroken, rest 1:30 between sets. These reps should not be easy!
