10 x 2 Sumo Deadlift – Rest 60 seconds between doubles. 

WOD ( Workout of the Day ) 

"Ageless"

15 minute AMRAP 

100 Double unders / 200 Singles 

20 Dumbbell lunges ( In place, 10 R + 10 L ) 55/35lb 

*Every time you set the dumbbells down before completing 20 reps, stop and perform a 15 second plank hold. 

* All workouts can be scaled on an individual basis.
