5×1 Hang clean & Jerk – 2:00 Rest between singles. 

3×3 Clean first pull ( 3 second pause above the knee) + Power Clean – 1:30 between triples. 

WOD ( Workout of the day)

7 minute EMOM ( 5 hand release burpees) 

with remaining time accumulate as many KB swings as possible (53/35)
