5×2 Hang snatch ( Build to a heavy double ) 2:00 rest between doubles.

3×3 Snatch Pull – 1:30 rest between attempts.

3 Rounds for time 

400m run with a plate (45/25lb)

15 Ground to overhead (45/25lb – plate) 

10 burpees to a plate (45/25lb)
