"Sleeping Bear Dunes"
Every 4 minutes for 40 minutes (10 rounds)
.8/.6 Assault bike for distance
20 Air squats
If you finish the .8 or .6 and 20 air squats in 3 minutes you rest for 60 seconds and repeat until ten rounds is completed.
