With a running clock complete the following for total repitions and calories on the C2.

0:00-12:00: Run 1 mile then with remaining time complete as many wall ball shots as possible. (14/20lb)

12:00-24:00: Run 1 mile then with the remaining time complete as many ball slams as possible. (40/20lb)

24:00-36:00: Accumulate as many calories as possible on the C2 rower.
