Row (calories)

Thrusters (95/65)

10:00am Bring a friend WOD

14 minute AMRAP - With a partner - Ascending reps by 5 of:

5 Wall balls

5 ab mat sit ups

5 single jump ropes

one partner does 5 reps of all three movements while the other partner runs 100 meters. Athletes switch and increase reps by 5 each time.
