Warm-up

3 sets not for time of:

Ring Row x 10 reps (2 second hold at top)

Half Kneeling Press w/Kettlebell x 8 reps (each arm)

Hollow Rocks or Holds x 45-60 seconds

A.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

10 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches

5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

5 Toes to Bar

Rest 3 minutes between sets, and complete a total of five sets.
