1b) 3X10 (steps) Overhead Walking Lunges – heavier than last week, rest 60 sec.

Conditioning

8 minute AMRAP of:

3 Rope Climbs/ 7 Strict Pullups

15 Pushups (hand release)

30 Ab-Mat Situps

*Rest 2 minutes.

Accumulate as many KB Turkish Get-ups (alternating arms) as possible in 8 minutes.
