Minutes 3-4 & 9-10: Alternating Pistols x 8-10 each leg

Minutes 5-6 & 11-12: Handstand Walk x 10 meters or 45-60 second Handstand Hold

7 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or 3 Wall Walks

14 Front Squats (115/75#)

200 Meter Shuttle Run (20m increments)
